Last Call!!! for Ezlink Card Replacement

Today is the last day for Mass Ezlink Card Replacement.
And as always, you find those 要大便才找厕所ish people making a snaking queueline in front of the ticket office...
I guess that's human nature to take things for granted. The LTA (Land Transport Authority) even posted "LAST CALL" notices at obvious places to sort of warn the public what is expected to happen on the last day.
We were given 9 solid months, from 9 January to 30 September 2009, to exchange our cards into the new Contactless e-Purse Applications (CEPAS) compliant card. Yet, there are people who would prefer to queue for ~1 hour to settle something which can be done in ~5 minutes on a normal day before the deadline.
